Semi-Automatic coilers are a low cost alternative to fully automatic equipment. These coilers wind the product as it emerges directly from the extrusion line and automatically match the extrusion speed using a dancer or with torque controlled drives, and they automatically layer the pipe into the desired coil shape. Over half a century of experience in the design and manufacture of machinery for reeling and coiling of wire, cable, tubing, wire rope, rope, steel, fiber optic material, etc. Custom equipment is a specialty. Standard equipment includes: Take-up and Pay-out machinery (shafted and shaftless), turntables, coilers and spoolers, cut-to-length, high speed respoolers, linear measurers, reel jacks, reel roller platforms, extrusion line Take-ups reel trailers, strip stock pay-outs and feeders. Also available: "Gantry" style Take-up with traversing reel levelwind system and high accuracy Length-Trac measurers with +/- .05% tolerance.
